When we dropped our dog off on we heard a chirp from Whitney's smoke detector (meaning that the battery needed to be changed). We told her that we just recently found out at our house that that chirp irritates our dog and drives him crazy. She said that she would take the battery out. When we picked him up she said that once the chirping stopped he was fine. We were very irritated when we heard her smoke detector chirp three times while we were there. My husband was so upset that he wanted to leave immediately and didn't say anything to her. He couldn't believe that she would lie directly to our face. Whitney seems like a nice young lady but the fact that she let our dog be stressed by the chirp of the smoke detector is unacceptable. We also thought we'd get more updates from her like we have received from our last dog sitter.
