Let me explain something.... This was my first time ever using Rover. My dogs have always boarded with their groomer for the past 7 1/2 years! This particular trip wasn't something planned, and there were NO BOARDING LOCATIONS AVAILABLE AT LEAST 45 Minutes outside my home area. I was extremely nervous because this was all new, and my dogs are going to someone's home. I say all of that to say WHITLEY EXCEEDED FAR BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! She was okay with me checking on my babies, and I never felt like "Bother" to her. 3 out of the 4 days, She sent me updates before I could even ask. Not only updates, but photos as well. After day 1 & night 1, I felt so much better about her keeping them and I knew they were in good hands. She was sincere, I felt she genuinely cared with a sense of humor even when my babies were barking hard. lol.... I could continue to go on and on about the service, but I'll stop here by saying WHITLEY IS DEFINITELY WHO YOU WANT AND SHE'S WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY SHE CHARGES!! I'm forever changed, and I'll DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN WITH HER!!! God bless you WHITLEY, and THANK YOU AGAIN! ❤️???

Whitley made herself available to us at just two days notice while we were already out of town and was even able to squeeze in a Meet N Greet (with our son). Then the day before our silly dog got in a fight with the neighbors dogs and got injured. Whitley took it all in her stride and truly came through for me. As a fellow dog sitter I know that can be a lot to consider with a new client. She took excellent care of our baby and sent us pics so we wouldn't miss her too much. Whitley left our house as tidy as she found it and even took the sheets off the bed she slept in so I wound have to. I definitely recommend Whitley, you can rest assured she will take good care of your pets and your home.
