Westin was absolutely the BEST!! I was a little scared (ok... alot scared) to book with a random 'app'. After our dog sitter backed out last minute, just before a weeks vacation out of state for our sons wedding, I was panicked!! We live in Iowa and we have NO family close to us to help out. I randomly got on the Roover.com and came across Westin. For some reason he just felt like the PERFECT fit, so I messaged him. I am not technology savvy, nor have I ever used anything like this. This was very scary because let's be real... no one wants a stranger taking care of their fur child let alone stay in their home to do so. Westin made it very easy for us. He agreed to meet with us prior to 'accepting' his service. He met with us at time of request and on time. He is very personable and made not only me, but my Husband feel at ease. Our girl Lilo immediately LOVED him. We then met again the day before we left out of state and I handed over the keys to my home and gave him FULL access. I was terrified On our trip, we received many pics and updates on Lilo. We instantly felt she was in great hands. She actually received MORE attention than we typically give her. Needless to say, she was SPOILED by Westin, in a good way. He stayed in our home for a full week. We had a very LONG travel day upon return with many "delays" along the way. Once we finally returned home just after 2 am, our home was left SPOTLESS. Dishes were done, bedding was washed, and we had nothing to do but get in bed for much needed rest. We now have him in speed dial and I will ONLY use Westin moving forward. He is the BEST
