Hi! Currently I have the most adorable dog whose name is Mopsy. He is a male maltese and is 11 years old. I've been thinking of getting another dog so he has company but for some reason, I think he enjoys being alone. Mopsy had a brother passed over to The Rainbow Bridge and now it's just Mopsy and me. So, why do I want to pet sit? Well, there are two reasons... The first, like I just mentioned, is that it will allow Mopsy to have company. The second reason is I need extra income. I'm mainly looking to watch dogs over holiday breaks or over the weekends. During the week, I don't get home from work until 4, but I could come to your house if you need me to. I live in an apartment, but don't let that deter you. Mopsy gets plenty of walks and potty breaks throughout the day when I am home. When the weather is cooler we take trips to the dog park, go on mini hikes, and walk around the neighborhood. I can't wait to meet your dog! He/she will be spoiled with love! Wendy

Wow! Time flies! Only now I realized that I never finalize and send the review related to Ringo Star stay with Wendy Z. Ringo is no longer in this earth, but he lived a long life ( almost 16 years) and Amy was part of it. She took care of him as he was her own baby and I had a piece of mind while away from him. It was the very first time that I left him with a sitter and got him back happy and without any anxiety or stress. Thank you Amy Z. You’re amazing dog sitter.
This was my first time to use Rover.com and I am very pleased with the service and friendly response to my little Bichon's stay. I was concerned about leaving him with strangers, but I could not have worked out better. Wendy and her daughters welcome my little guy in like one of the family and that is what I was hoping for. Wendy is a loving and affectionate person. She loves my dogs and gives them lots of snuggles and kisses. They're always so excited to see her! My dogs just love her and I'm sure yours will, too!

I'd like to be given as much information about your dog as possible. The good and the bad. If he doesn't like certain things I need to know this. I will make your dog as much of a priority as my own dog. Probably more so!
A typical day
I want to know what your dog likes to do! If he likes to chase and retrieve toys then we will spend time doing that. We will definitely go to Cosmos Park and go on walks around the neighborhood.

Availability
I'm able to watch your dog at my place on holidays and weekends. During the week, I work as a Special Ed teacher and I'm gone from 7:15 -4pm so I doubt you would want your dog to go that long without a pee break. I have a lot of holidays off due to being a teacher!
