Pet care experience
I’ve had furry friends most of my life and have rescued many. I currently have two cats and two dogs. My kitties are Sparta( a street rescue so we think he’s around 4/5 yrs old) and Lucy( 4 yrs old) and my dogs are Sadie (13.5 yrs) and LUna (1yr) . Sadie is a choco lab and Luna is a mini goldendoodle. I’ve had furry overnight guests plenty of times and have taken my furry neighbors on many walks while living in Tyson’s Corner. Anyone can tell you, I have a huge heart when it comes to my furry friends.
Reviews
As long as I've known Wendy (5+ years) she has been the consummate dog lover. Not only her own dogs but all others. She is a pet owner who always puts her own dogs first. I know she would always do the same for other dogs. Your dog would be in great hands with Wendy!

I follow a feeding schedule and I walk daily at the Canal. Luna did have a bell on the door for when she needed to go out but she has followed Sadie so she barks now. Both of my dogs are crate trained. Luna sleeps on the crate, but I let my old girl Sadie roam. She typically sleeps in her crate or on the floor

A typical day
We can go for long or short walks and on our walks we look at everything. The Canal is a great place for walking. If it’s raining then I walk my neighborhood or I will play in the house. Hide and seek, “catch it”, “find it”. I give lots of belly rubs and love too

I am currently not working outside the home. When I was working away from home, I’d come home at lunch time to hang outside for a bit to play.
