Trust us to over spoil your pups!

Pet care experience

~Let us be the ones worried over your pup so you can vacation anxiety free. Just tell us if we send too many photo updates!~ *Feel free to contact us even if our calendar does not look available. We are happy to be flexible if we can. *We use a google document to gather information on your pup's needs, quirks, habits, feeding, etc -------- Husband and wife team, Luke and Wendy, have no pets of their own. They live in a townhouse with a fenced yard in Woburn near a dog favorite park, Horn Pond. Both work from home while Wendy is a (part time) certified veterinary nurse and can administer medical care as needed. They appreciate all breeds of dogs and are able to accommodate exclusive bookings for dogs with fears, aggression, or separation anxiety who may benefit particularly from a structured, compassionate, and attentive environment.

I was so so worried about having to leave my baby in the care of someone else for a week (he’s reactive, and on several medications, as well as just generally being my baby!) but Wendy & Luke were such perfect sitters! They are incredibly thorough in getting to know your dog beforehand—they had a google doc to fill out asking for all the pertinent information re behavior, feeding, personality, etc; plus emergency contacts and other essentials. We did a meet & greet beforehand to let Saga get to know them & sniff the place out (he was so excited!) They have a great set up for dog care, and after chatting with Wendy for a bit I felt very reassured and confident in their ability to take care of Saga. (We didn’t get to meet Luke ahead of time due to schedules—Saga loved him SO much though!) She & Luke kept me posted regularly throughout the day while they had Saga—they asked how much or little checking in I’d like, so I got lots of photos and stories, which I really appreciated. They also kept a really sharp eye on him and made sure to ask about a few minor health things that hadn’t crossed my mind to tell them about. They’re very detail oriented and observant! (Excellent qualities in a dog sitter!) I’m so so grateful for the care they put into watching Saga, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I will absolutely be making use of their services again, should the need arise!

Wendy and Luke were amazing hosts for our dog Bailey. Wendy is super knowledgeable and her consistent communication throughout Bailey's stay really put us at ease. We ended up booking a second stay with them a month later, and I had a hard time containing Bailey's excitement when we pulled up! Awesome to know our dog is in good hands with them.

Wendy and Luke were great with our active pup! Their back yard is great for her to run around and they treated her like family ❤️

Wendy and Luke were amazing! They were able to watch Otis on such short notice. They’re so responsive, organized, and patient. My favorite thing about them is the intake form to really get to know you and your dog. They try to replicate your schedule as best as possible. Will definitely be using them again!

In 2021 we moved to Woburn, next to a park, dog friendly Horn Pond, an ice cream shop, and a senior independent living home where grandmas and grandpas love to say hello to whoever we have boarding with us. We have a fenced yard with features and bushes to dash around and no other pets. Our narrow 3 floor home has a partitioned and structure-friendly home layout where the front room is the dedicated dog proofed room with covered couches, sunny spots, and many dog toys (in case you don't bring your own). I have training with handling fearful anxious and stressed (FAS) dogs and tending to medical needs. We encourage families to provide as much of your pups belongings. We are happy to use their toys, their food bowl, brushes, beds, etc to make our home as familiar as possible to them.

Our goal is to make our space a home away from home for your pups. So the more we know, the better. *After connecting with us, you will be asked to share about your pups' habits, behaviors, dietary medical needs, etc. through an intake form on Google Documents. It allows for more communication, details, and space so we can update and take note throughout your pups continuing care. Drop off instructions--- When you arrive, park in the driveway or directly on the street in front of the front door. Please leave pets in the car at first while you bring pet luggage to the porch. We have a trolley and can help if needed. Once we settle their belongings and iron out details, we can welcome your pet inside to more familiar surroundings. We thank you for helping make our home truly a home away from home for them! Best, Wendy and Luke

We lead an active but quiet lifestyle. We are homebodies, board game nerds, but also enjoy hikes and water/snow sports. Our most frequented doggy spots apart from Horn Pond include Middlesex Fells, Rahanis dog park, Thorndike dog park, Sheepfold dog park, deCordava Sculpture Park, Middlesex Fells, Reading town Forest. Wendy is a handicrafter who can be found with her digital drawing tablet, wood burning tools, or hand building clay. Pups like napping at her feet where there is a memory foam "day bed". Sometimes Wendy joins them... Luke is a mountain biker who can be found in his home office space or tinkering with his robot designs in the workshop. Pup's favorite napping place in the home office is a big blue armchair with a window view. Luke also sometimes joins them.... At times we will have friends over for dinner and food (and puppy playing), visit Boston Common, and host puppy play dates with our neighbors' dogs.
