This was a horrible experience. When we came to pick Milo up, he was locked up in his cage. First of all, I was told that Milo would not be in his cage all day long, be put into a special room when left alone, and given potty breaks every two hours. Milo is potty trained and strives to be clean. He never pees in his cage yet when Milo came home, his pillow was covered in maybe 20-30 pee stains indicating that he was not given proper care. In addition, when picking up Milo, we were not given all of his belongings and we had to remind them of what we brought. Upon receiving his items, we found that his water bowl was littered with grass pieces ( and knowing Milo, he would have refused to drink out of it ), and his food bowl was still full. This leads me to believe that they used a communal food and water bowl- which is against out instructions. I am enraged knowing that my dog was suffering while I was enjoying my vacation. I do not recommend Wendy to anyone. Although many will doubt me, it is true that I will never know for sure what happened, but from what I have seen, Wendy treated my dog without respect and lied to me. As dog owners, we will never know what happens behind those closed doors.
