Take Care for a Thousand Dogs: Expert Animal Lover
Pet care experience
Hello everyone, I'm Ling, with four years of experience as a project manager in an animal care non-profit organisation. I have a deep passion for dogs and cats. Our organisation focuses on addressing stray animal issues through spaying/neutering. During my tenure, I've gained extensive experience in caring for dogs and cats (over a thousand dogs), including post-surgery recovery monitoring, basic emergency care (such as handling choking incidents or stimulating awakening), administering medications and ointments, as well as feeding and walking animals. Moreover, I have significant experience in approaching and calming nervous dogs. Personally, I also have two lovely dogs—a 10-year-old poodle and a 1-year-old bulldog—which I believe provides me with valuable insights to better care for your beloved baby.

If I am caring for pets in a pet owner's home, I'd ensure a routine that aligns with the pet's schedule, such as feeding, medicating, walking. If your pet has any special needs, also can let me know. Additionally, I would love to try to maintain their quality of life as close to their original routine as possible.
Information Wan-Ling L. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dogs have any special needs, diet or situations that I can check out more information about them. For example, Dogs have any medication that need to feed, have any special treatment, or don’t like other dogs etc.
A typical day
The most important thing for me when taking care of your pets is to keep in touch with owners and let pets feel comfortable as much as they can. A typical day would involve starting with a morning walk for the pets to enjoy some fresh air and exercise, and also pee and poo. Following that, ensuring they have their meals on time and providing any necessary medications if required. Throughout the day, I'd engage them in interactive play sessions, offer mental stimulation through puzzle toys or games, and ensure they have comfortable resting areas. Additionally, I'd tailor activities based on each pet's preferences, which could include playing fetch, hide-and-seek, or just spending quality time cuddling and providing affection.

Availability
I'm currently a student enrolled in a Master's program at Here East. Normally, I have classes on weekday afternoons, but I'm available all day on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate a dog's routine. On weekday mornings or afternoon, I can take dogs for a nice walk and stay with them to play some ball games.
