Hey there! My name is Wai, I am the proud animal mom of a 5 year old Husky mix rescue named Toska, a 10 year old kitty cat named Zorro, and a ball python named Grievous! You can say I’m an animal person to say the least. I love spending time with my animals and Toska absolutely adores making new friends! I love taking the pups to do all their favorite things, like going to the dog park, long walks around town, and finding the best spots to play. Toska and I are brand new to Portland so we’re making sure to explore all the new and exciting places throughout the city. Toska’s favorite spots so far are the two dog parks nearby and all the trails around our new place. Since I work full-time from home I have the flexibility to give your pup the proper care and attention they need while you're away. I usually only host one other dog at a time, so your special pal is guaranteed to get all the walkies and fun they desire! As well as plenty of cuddles, attention, affection, AND socialization. Which all well rounded doggies need. I also understand the importance of allowing a pup their independence as well as fun consistent training to improve their temperament and behavior. I’ll also be updating you through out their stay with lots of pictures, videos, and short updates on all the adventures we’re having! Once your pooch is absolutely pooped they’ll also have plenty of soft blankets, beds, and furniture to nap and lounge on to their hearts content. Not to mention lots of healthy treats, toys, and snackies awaiting their return. Getting Toska as an abused rescue I understand that for some pups it can take a lot of time for them to acclimate to their environment and feel comfortable and safe. I offer lots of patience for those that may suffer from separation anxiety or similar situations. I truly believe in treating your baby as if they were my own furry family member. I also have lots of experience watching large dogs with severe separation anxiety. I have had elderly family dogs in the past so I do have experience administering medication orally.
