They took great care of Luko and took him for many walks. Marina loves to brush him! They sent frequent updates and videos which we appreciated. We used Google translate if there was a question about communication and it worked well.
Marina did a wonderful job with Milo. She made sure he was happy and fed even when he refused to eat the food that I sent with him. She even bathed him. Most importantly, she had excellent communication throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend.
