Crate trained dogs only and 4 acres
Pet care experience
We only accept crate trained dogs! Hi, I’m Viviana, and my husband Brian and I are looking forward to caring for your loved one in our fenced 4 acres pet-friendly home. Taking care of dogs is truly one of the most rewarding aspects of my life, I'm taking a break from corporate life and enjoying motherhood, I also love to take care of pups in my fenced spacious home. I started pet sitting 17 years ago while I was studying in college and joined Rover 6 years ago. At that time I had with me an amazing Great Pyrenes and a Rottweiler. Unfortunately, 2 years ago both passed away due to cancer and old age. Rover helped me to find the dream job of my life: to provide a safe and loving space for furry friends from Knoxville, Maryville and Sevierville, and those visiting town ( I have several clients from other states visiting The Smoky Mountains National Park every year). Over the years, I’ve developed a sixth sense when it comes to interacting with dogs in particular. I have what it takes to be the perfect sitter: patience, compassion, creativity, assertive animal communication and lots of love. Animals are my passion. I have been fostering and owning animals all my life, saving the lives of stray dogs, cats, turtles, bunnies and everything in between. I take training very seriously. That's why I enjoyed being part of the canine good citizen course for both my dogs and provided continuous training through their life. I'm athletic and healthy and I love hiking and camping; if your dog needs exercise, I will provide a very good work out, in a clean and non-smoking environment. My 4 acres property with fenced yard is a puppy paradise with lots of trees, green grass, a big natural pond, and other pups to play with! There is so much fun to go around for puppies that love socializing with new friends. I am a lifelong dog owner with more than a decade of professional experience as a sitter. When spending time with your fur baby we want to keep you in on the fun, so expect to receive lots of daily photos and videos of us enjoying our time together. I work from home but we do enjoy activities out of the house. Your pups will be supervised and we leave the house occasionally, so we ask you to bring your own crate. During the meet and greet I’ll ask you about your pup and his/her routine, schedule, preferences, illnesses, triggers, etc. You’ll have a chance to tour my yard and ask me any and all questions, so you can be sure that you’ll leave your pup with the right people. For safety reasons, we do separate dogs during feeding times, when we leave the house, and during meet and greets. We leave the house for grocery shopping, doctor's appointments, etc., so your dog must be crate trained. No exceptions. I will treat your furry friends like he/she is my own pet, giving them lots of cuddles, and of course, reinforcing training. For this reason, I do not host escape artists, dogs with a history of aggression, separation anxiety, high prey drive, excessive barking or jumping.

The best in East TN by far
Great experience as always with Viviana. Lots of pictures every day, dogs are clearly happy and comfortable. We travel worry free about the care of our dogs.
First time leaving our GS puppy and Viviana took great care of him. He had plenty of room to exercise and play daily and was taken care of well! She sent lots of pictures daily which was also much appreciated. Thank you
The Best. The only one we trust with our Chilly girl Pictures and updates and Love can’t ask for anything better ❤️

All dogs must be spayed and neureted, low to medium energy, No anxious, no aggressive, no escape artists, no excessive barking, and be crate trained with no chewing/ jumping tendencies. All dogs must comply with this requirements, if owners fail to disclose any behavior, you will be charged for any destructive behavior and we will return your dog at the first sign of aggression, anxiousness, distress. Meet and greets and trial nights are required for first-time guests, to confirm that all my guests meet our criteria and are a good fit. Your dog will be submitted to a temperament test. I have lots of experience with giant breeds, but the moment I'm not accepting Huskies or Malinois. All dogs must be friendly with other dogs and kids. My reviews speak about my work ethic and commitment to your dog, I will send regular daily updates via text, pictures, and videos. I really want you to feel that we are your pup’s home away from home. Please let me know your pup’s commands (I love to learn commands in other languages!) We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and I can understand Italian and French. Additionally, knowing if your dog has any medical issues or behavioral tendencies, specifically how they interact with other animals, kids and people, are important for me to know. We have zero tolerance for aggressive dogs in our home. My guests are submissive, any dominant, aggressive, leash reactive, food aggressive dog and anxious dogs are not a good fit. Although we will do everything possible to not leave personal items within a dog's reach, this is still after all, our home were we live, and not a cage as you would get in so many other places, so if your dog may chew on something of ours, we ask that you please give us a forewarning before dropping him/her off, and take full responsibility if something were to happen. Booking with us means you agree to my terms and conditions.

All dogs must be very well socialized. For the moment I do not accept Malinois or Huskies. I enjoy being outside and playing with all my guests.
