I had my rescue English Springer Spaniel/Shepherd mix (55 pounds), Koolie, since he was less than a year old. Unfortunately he lost his battle with cancer on the last day of 2020. He lived a happy 13 (almost 14!) years with me and my family. I also had a rescue GSD/Doberman mix (92 pounds), Joshua, who was definitely a handful, but the sweetest boy ever! I lost him in March 2021 due to a tragic accident. This is one of the main reasons I am on Rover - I'm not ready for another dog yet, but I do miss hanging out with dogs on a daily basis. With me, I will take care of your pup like he’s my own! I love taking my dogs to the beach (swimming/digging/playing with other dogs), park to run around (major tennis ball hoarders!), and just spending time with them at home on the couch watching tv. If any of those activities sound like things your dog would like to do, I may be a great match for you!
