I’ve been fostering TLC (tender love and care) cats for over four years and have cared for more than 20 cats with a range of personalities, from anxious and withdrawn to spicy and unpredictable. Most of the cats I foster need extra time, patience, and medical or behavioral support, which means I’m confident handling situations many sitters shy away from. I specialize in shy, senior, or sassy cats who need help with trust or socialization. I’m experienced in administering oral and topical medications, reading body language, and adapting to each cat’s comfort level. I’ve supported cats with chronic conditions, post-treatment routines, and emotional adjustment. What sets me apart is my calm, grounded energy and ability to build trust, even with cats who hiss or hide at first. I’m here to offer compassionate care that helps your pet feel safe and respected. I also welcome hamster care and now accept dog walking bookings for mellow pups who love sniffy strolls and a calm walking buddy.

Some prefer quiet company, others want to play, and some just need space. I let them set the tone. I keep their environment calm, clean, and predictable. That means refreshing litter boxes carefully, tidying feeding areas, and keeping things exactly how your cat expects them. I also watch closely for small behavioral changes and will always keep you updated on anything I notice. If your cat has specific boundaries or routines, I follow them with care and consistency. My goal is to offer them a sense of safety and familiarity while you are away, not to replace you but to be a steady presence until you are home again.

A typical day
Every visit starts with checking in on how your cat is doing. Their body language, appetite, and energy help me decide what kind of interaction they are up for that day. If they are feeling playful, I will bring out toys for chasing, jumping, or gentle games they enjoy. If they prefer quiet company, I will sit nearby and keep them relaxed with soft talk or slow blinks. I always make sure they get fresh food, clean water, and a tidy litter box. I will also brush them or give massages if they enjoy it, and use treats or catnip with your permission to encourage positive associations and engagement. Before I leave, I check in again to make sure they are settled, comfortable, and calm. I will send you an update with photos and videos so you can see how they are doing and feel at ease while you are away. My goal is to build a sense of trust and familiarity with your cat over time so they feel safe not only during regular visits, but also if anything unexpected ever comes up. I also believe that the way I treat your pet speaks for itself and helps build trust with you too

I work part-time at a clinic on weekends, which means my weekdays are flexible and open for morning, afternoon, or evening visits. I can also accommodate multiple visits per day for pets who need a bit more support or company. I’m able to reach a variety of areas and adjust to your schedule. Every household is different, and I’m happy to talk through your cat’s habits, comfort level, and needs to create a plan that works best for both of you.
