Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats for my whole life! Growing up, our family wouldn’t have been complete without our sweet animals. They made our home better, and I wouldn’t be who I am today without having my pets to take care of. I currently have a sweet rescue dog named Lola. She is a 30-pound beagle mix, and cute as a button. She has severe anxiety and allergies, so I am very experienced in managing pet medication and equipped to deal with issues like anxiety or stress in dogs.

Vivian lived in my neighborhood for many years and helped me with several pets when I had to travel for work. She is great at walking and playing with dogs and seems to derive true joy from being in their company. Yes, this means I've caught her carrying on full conversations with my fur babies. She is mature and thoughtful, but also fun and compassionate toward animals, especially dogs. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
Vivian is as dependable as they come. She has a very nurturing way and goes above and beyond when caring for our pets. Would highly recommend her and you and your pet would be very lucky to have her take care/walk your pet.

When it comes to caring for your pets - my first priority is making sure they (and you!) feel comfortable. I know having a new person around can be a stressful experience for pets, so I always aim to stick to their typical routine as much as possible. For example, if they usually take a morning walk with you, I want to make sure they can still do that while you’re away!

I have experience with many different breeds, along with shelter/rescue dogs. I an equipped to handle anxious dogs or dogs with specialized routines! As long as I have the details provided by you, I can do the rest. I also have experience with aggressive dogs. While I do need be made aware of any triggers or warnings that could bring out aggressive behaviors in your dog, I am equipped to handle sitting/watching a dog with a history of aggression. If your dog is not dog friendly, unfortunately I cannot house them at my residence.
A typical day
I recently moved to midtown, and now live very near TU! I like to start my morning with a walk or run on campus, then the rest of my work day is pretty relaxed. I like to go for a walk with my dog in the evenings, and I like to mix up where we go so she can explore! Sometimes, we will just play in the yard if it’s too hot out for a walk.

Availability
I work remotely, so my schedule is super flexible on a daily/weekly basis! I will typically be available on an as-needed basis outside of any meetings or calls from work, which take up a small portion of my day-to-day. I’m happy to work with you to figure out a schedule that works best for us!
