I've been a dog-walker for 9 years now and really enjoy the time I spend with my (fur) buddies. I've been fortunate to have spent time with some pretty amazing dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I am 100% focused on the dogs I walk with and take the time to give them love and attention while their humans are away. I follow any current training you have in place for your pet and clean up their 💩 responsibly. Home security is important as well; having someone bring in packages during the day is a great added bonus of having a dog-walker! Ginny is great with our cat and very reliable! We have appreciated her flexibility and availability. It is very comforting to know she is taking good care of our cat so I don't have to worry when I'm out of town.
Virginia is the best! She brings a ton of loving energy and positive attitude to the care of both pets and children, and is a reliable, trustworthy house sitter. Virginia (Ginny) began as our kids' nanny, and stayed with us for years until they went to school. During that time she cared for our dog, a Border Collie/Lab mix, and has on many occasions stayed at our home for days at a time to care for him while we were out of town. She continues to pet sit, house sit and babysit for us frequently, and it's pure excitement in our home when we are anticipating her arrival. Ginny is a true caregiver and the first person we call when we need help. When we're away from the house, we rest easy knowing that Ginny is there, taking care of the most important things in our lives.

I usually ask about the dog or cat's daily routine and behavior, eating habits, likes and dislikes. How the pet behaves around other animals and people is important in keeping him or her happy and safe.
A typical day
I usually take the dog where he or she is happiest, which is sometimes on their own street...(smelling everything along the way;) If the dog likes car rides then I can take him/her to Starbucks drive-thru each morning. Weather permitting, walks are so fun for the dogs, unless owner specifies otherwise.
