Violet was responsive and thoughtful during the booking process. While we are away, she took time to provide updates, and we felt assured that our dog was well cared for. We will book with Violet and Rox again - she was flexible on drop-off and pick-up times, conveniently located in our area, and obviously cares about her guest dogs as if they are her own.

Violet took an amazing care of our 6 year-old Cairn Terrier. We got responses from her within minutes of contacting her throughout the entire process, beginning from setting up the meet-and-greet and during and after my dog's stay with her. We really appreciated that she sent us pictures and gave us updates on how our dog was doing on a daily basis. Her dog Rox is very sweet and got along great with our dog. We would love for her to take care of our dog again.
