Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and currently have a 7 year old Shepherd. I watch family and friends dogs when they go out of town, relying on me to walk, feed, and love on their animal. I have practice handling small to large dogs from puppy to senior. I would treat your loving pet the same way I treat mine with all the care and love.

I have treats handy to began building trust with your pet. I have taken my own dogs to obedience and training classes. I would never yell at your animal. I currently walk my own dog 1-2 miles a day, and would feel comfortable walking yours either that same length or more/less. I am also comfortable letting dogs out of crates and guiding them back into it as well as giving them mental stimulation and attention.

I would like to know if it would be alright to give your pet treats or not. If it is alright, I would like to know any dietary restrictions for bringing my own, or if you already have some you would like me to use.
A typical day
I typically walk dogs in a loop around your area. I can walk either 1-2 miles or more/less. I let dogs go at their own pace and check out the smells on our walks together. I find mental stimulation just as important as exercise, and it will make your dog even more relaxed! When checking in on pets, I let them outside and sometimes throw a ball around if they like to fetch. I am definitely comfortable playing tug and playing with other toys. I would give your pet plenty of scratches and attention!
