* Please make sure to read my notes in the schedule section.* Hello, my name is Victoria. I'm a 31 year old Special Education teacher and animal lover. I have experience volunteering at animal shelters and working at dog daycare/boarding facilities, caring for cats/dogs (i.e. feeding, cleaning, walking, and socializing). I have weekend/week-long dog-sitting experiences at home and/or visiting the home with 1-2 dogs at a time ranging in size. Aside from that, my husband and I have our own fur-baby, Roman, a 5 year old medium-sized Rottweiler/Beagle mix that we adopted from ARC (Animal Refuge Center) locally in Fort Myers, FL. We are open to home stays and/or dog walking. I am empathetic, patient, caring, organized, and flexible. I hope that when choosing a caretaker for your beloved furry companion, you think of me. :)

A typical day
I love simply hanging out with the dog(s) I care for; talking to them, cuddling them, playing with their toys with them, taking them on walks in the neighborhood or nearby nature trails or car rides, etc.

Availability
As a teacher, I am available weekdays/weekends during June/July. From August-May, I am available on the weekends and/or anytime after 3:30pm on weekdays. I can do home stays and/or dog walks/stop in. *From February - May 2023, I will be taking a leave of absence from my Rover duties. My husband and I are expecting our first baby mid February and we will need time to take care of our baby. Tentatively starting June 2023, I will open my services back up. However, I will only service cats/dogs that are baby/kid friendly as I may need to bring my baby with me during housesitting and/or dog walking services. Thank you for your understanding.*
