We enjoyed meeting Victoria and her lovely family prior to our pets stay. They were personable and accommodating, allowing us to drop off and pick up our Jack Russell, Chunk later than the typical time. Victoria's home is well suited for pet care it is clean with an expansive back yard that is fenced in, She also has a dogie door for convenience that leads to a large deck where your dog can sun himself. A school teacher, she's very detailed. Victoria wants to know about your pets schedule, diet, activities and any special needs they might have, This information helps her ensure your pet continues to comply with the rules you've set in your home. Given this was the first time we left Chunk with someone other than a family member, this was very reassuring. Although I declined, if you desire, she will text you pictures of your dogs stay. Does that make me a bad dogie parent? hmm. When we arrived to pick Chunk up he was , bright eyed and happy, which to tell you the truth made me a little annoyed. Could we be replaced so easily ? he could have at least faked being depressed. Overall our experience was 5-stars. We have already decided to use her again.
