I have 10 years of experience in pet-sitting and/or house-sitting. My day job does not require me to go into the office, so I work remotely from anywhere, which means more time with your animals. I am more than just a dog sitter. As a house-sitter: I care for the home and everything in it: water plants, take out the trash, clean house, check mail, open and close blinds, mind the thermostat, and etc. I also can house-sit other animals: cats, birds, reptiles, fish, and etc. For dogs, I am also very skilled and experienced at administering medicine, basic training, taking to a groomer, or regular brushing myself, and even brushing their teeth if requested. Your animals and home become a part of my family. I treat both with the same care as if they were my own. I also send a ton of very cute edited photo updates! About 5 years ago, I got married and almost four years ago I had my first child. Oct 2021 we welcomed our second child. So I have a husband, a 4yr old toddler, and an infant to consider when taking on new clients for housesitting. I work from home full-time remotely and have been doing so for 9 years. I can fit my schedule around your animal's schedule, so whatever their daily or weekly routine is, becomes my routine. For boarding at my house, I own the building and live on the top floor. I have renters on the first floor and an empty finished basement. I have a fenced in yard to keep your animals safe when they stay with us. I am happy to leash when outside still even though we have a fence. We own two small dwarf hamsters who are never out of their cage. My husband and I both work from home. We have a four year old and a baby under 1 year old. We are flexible and fit into your animals schedule or routine. Our home's inside: We have a 2-flat home, with tenants on the first floor, and we live on the top floor. It's about 1200 sq ft per unit, and an unfinished basement. Our unit is 3 bedroom and 1 bath. We have carpet in the living room and bedrooms and the kitchen has tile floors. We use baby gates when/if needed. Our home's outside: the front and back yards are both fenced and there is a gate in-between the front and back. Dogs are never left outside alone nor unleashed.
