Pet care experience
Hi there, my name is Victoria! As if I don't get enough time with furry friends at my job at the Arizona Humane Society, I'd like to open up my early mornings and afternoons to helping out dog lovers in my community. At work, I am constantly learning about new training and enrichment techniques that I hope will help me with your dog! I have a snuggly 90 lb American Pit Bull Terrier and a rambunctious 45 lb German Shepherd mix of my own and I have fostered puppies in the past, so I have plenty of experience with dogs of all kinds. I enjoy exploring the neighborhood and hiking with my canine companions and I would love to add your pup to my pack!
Reviews
Animals are Victoria’s life. She works at the AZ Humane Society but her passion does not end after the work week. She has has two pups of her own that are her entire world and she plans her weekends around what activities we can do with our dogs. She loves my dogs like her own. She is my go-to for dog advice and pet sitting. She is honest, reliable, responsible and always on time.
I have known Victoria for well over 25 years and know her love and dedication to ALL fur babies. Victoria is a dedicated, caring and conscientious young woman that knows what our animals need to be happy and healthy! I would not hesitate to hire Victoria to care for my dogs or cat. She is high energy and will provide the love and companionship that dogs need when their Mom and Dad can’t be there for them.
If you are looking for someone to walk or dog sit, you would be lucky to have Victoria I. She has always had a soft spot for dogs and their happiness and well being is at the top of her list. She works at and is very involved with the Arizona Humane Society. If she is taking care or walking your pet, they would feel right at home. I highly recommend her.
Victoria has watched my husky for me on several occasions. She always takes special care of her and treats her as if she is her own. You can see the love Victoria has for all animals in everything she does. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their pet treated with the utmost care.

Information Victoria I. would like to know about your pet
Behavioral needs: My pups have their own asterisks when it comes to behavior, so I am sure I can handle yours - just would like to be prepared with proper supplies for enrichment (treats, puzzle toys, etc.) and map out the best walking route to take with limited distractions. Please also share any funny quirks or things to avoid when hanging with your pup to make sure he or she is as comfortable with me as possible. Buddies: Are you open to your pup being walked alongside my dogs? We would arrange a meet-and-greet, of course, but having a four-legged buddy might help relieve even more energy on a walk. Dietary needs: Does your dog have any food allergies? I always have treats in tow and want to be safe when rewarding your pup!
A typical day
We can walk around the neighborhood, go for a car ride, stop for a Puppuccino at Starbucks - whatever your dog would like. I can spend hours at a dog park, too... it's just as enjoyable for me as it is for a dog! As much as I'd love for my first priority to be fun, it does take a backseat to safety. As part of my role at the Arizona Humane Society is to market responsible pet ownership and communicate important messages to the community, I am very well-versed in pet safety. Especially when it comes to the heat here in the Valley of the Sun, there is nothing more important to me than making sure your pup is kept cool and healthy! That being said, I will be prepared to entertain your dog indoors if that is the safest thing to do. We can learn tricks, play interactive games, enjoy pupsicles and other frozen treats, figure out puzzle toys, and more. Making sure your dog is mentally stimulated is just as important as being physically stimulated!
