Pet care experience
🐾 Unfortunately I am not taking on new clients at this time in order to maintain availability for my current ones. 🐾 I am a Registered Dietitian and an extreme animal lover! I grew up with dogs, cats, ferrets, chinchillas, and lizards. I currently have one energetic sheltie/border collie mix that I rescued about 3 years ago. I also volunteer at a local animal shelter walking dogs and cleaning the kennels. I love spending my spare time with animals and would love to meet your fur babies!! I treat every animal as if they were my own (incredibly spoiled 🥰) and love to send doggie glamour shots during our time together to keep you updated! I have experience with difficult walkers and reactivity issues so I feel comfortable with any dog personality and any size. I am very patient and and accommodating to any special needs your fur child/children may have!

I understand the importance of routine for pets and will follow any guidelines or requests you provide so that your pet feels comfortable along with making sure they are keeping up with any training that you have done with them. I am comfortable feeding, crating, providing oral meds, walking, and everything in-between!

Every dog has their own personality which I think is important to work with so that they are comfortable. Some dogs want to jump and lick you, others prefer to be seen and not touched and both scenarios are okay! Knowing your dogs personality and any fun quirks they have will let me better bond with your pet.
A typical day
I have a working breed so I am used to providing mental stimulation along with physical exercise for dogs. I love to be active! I think every moment can be a fun training session so any tricks or commands your dog knows let me know and I will help reinforce them!
