Nothing but praise for Victoria. She always responded very quickly to my questions. When my plans changed, she picked up and dropped off Bailey. She sent me pictures everyday to let me know how Bailey was doing. I will definitely use her again.

Victoria was an amazing host to your large breed German Shepherd. She responded almost instantaneously when first messaged and was in constant contact throughout the whole process especially helping answer all our questions since this was our first time using a service like this. Victoria personally adjusted her own schedule to accommodate me during a very busy New years week and displayed genuine enthusiasm and excitement to watch our Dexter. Drop off was flawless with her. She already had many things and areas set up. She always listened and took notes to any suggestions we had and was not afraid to ask questions. She messaged us picture messages and updates throughout our trip and gave us the peace of mind that we could enjoy our vacation without thinking about our family pet. Pick up was great as well. No issues, very accommodating and could tell she developed a loving bond with our dog which was more than we could ask for. Everything was safe, clean, and fun and I would highly recommend Victoria for future stays and have already shared her contact from this site to several family friends. This is a significantly better option that leaving your dog in a kennel, and an even more exceptional option if you leave your dog with Victoria.
