I prayed I would find someone to love Daisy while we were gone for a week over Christmas. Victoria and her family were the answer and more. My sheltered 3-year old Yellow Lab had never visited someone's house and was more than shy for a day or so, but Victoria sent me updates and photos daily to show her progress. Daisy became a loving member of Victoria's pack in short order once she figured out her place. Apparently Victoria's husband fell under the Daisy spell quickly and got a new bedmate in the deal, and her 3 kids had a great time spoiling my girl. Please don't even THINK about not choosing Victoria to help with your pet sitting needs. Great family with lots of love for animals. I think they may even treat pets in their care better than the human owners do. Hardly doubtful, but I would not wager against it. I found their home to be a loving, respectful environment for dogs and humans. I think I won't take another vacation if I can't have Victoria watch after Daisy.
