Victoria is 11 out of 10! Hoping that sums up how great she was with our family and our little girl Oakley. She started with our Pup when she was just 4 months old and we called her "nanny Vic" from the start. Oakley would literally be "out of her mind" with excitement every time she showed up!! The doggies (and cats I'm sure) are treated like royalty yes, but she also works very closely with them to follow instructions and learn boundaries. For example, our Puppy was kind of "mouthy" at the beginning - not really biting - but grabbing with mouth - she taught her that it was NOT ok and Oakley quickly understood that. She knows how to train them with treats with all the best commands. She will always err on the side of complete safety and caution until the doggie is ready. In addition to Victoria being like the doggies family, she is reliable, very straight forward and communicates terrific. I would highly encourage you to hire Victoria for your Pet Care - day time and overnight.
