I am only giving this 1 star because you have to give one to rate. My dogs stayed here for only the weekend. Only a few pictures were sent as updates because “I” had to request them and when I asked I had to wait because she was “out” that night, but when it was time for pick up she constantly kept asking when am I going to get there and rushing. Both of my dogs came back with fleas and 1 of them came back with a horrible rash on the bottom of his neck. They both came back with the most horrible smell of feces all over them and had to instantly give them both a bath as soon as I walked through the door. My older dogs bed came home with a stain and my younger dog came back with the bottom of his kennel cracked & broken. Now they are both having loose stool, most likely from stress. I do not recommend bringing your dogs here not even for a quick get away.

Victoria watched our two dogs in our home for six nights, and the experience was wonderful. She was consistently communicative, kind, and diligent—professional in every way. Each day, we received pictures and updates; she followed our instructions to a T. We came home to a tidy house and happy pups. Overall, she made it much easier to leave them behind and assuaged our anxiety. We’re big Victoria fans and look forward to using her in the future!
