Victor and Rebekah were life savers!! Due to a personal emergency our usual sitter cancelled on us the night before we left town for a wedding. Within 10 minutes of sending a message Victor and Rebekah confirmed they could watch out three large dogs, and scheduled an immediate video chat meeting (because we'd be leaving too early to meet them in person). Plus they answered all my first time Rover user questions like pros! I generally have anxiety about leaving our fur babies and that feeling was trippled due to the last second scramble, but Victor and Rebekah immediately made me feel comfortable with leaving our dogs in their care. They sent us pictures and updates about our pups all night long! I never worried about what or how our dogs were doing because Victor and Rebekah kept us in the loop from the get go! They even found our skittish Great Dane's favorite scratch spot- which just goes to show how close they paid attention to our dogs and how much trust they gained in just one night. We cannot thank Victor and Rebekah enough and we will DEFINITELY be calling on them again soon!

Victor and his family kept my golden over the Christmas holidays. I was nervous since she is a rescue and recently getting acquainted to her new home with me. They were very responsive and attentive with answering my questions and providing information. My Princess was very loved and spoiled while with them. They sent regular updates and photos (per my request). They even accomodated me when I asked if they could drop her to my house the day I would arrive back in town. When they were let in the house, they left her toys out for her, filled her water bowl, and left a lovely thank you note. I would definitely recommend them and will be asking them to keep my Princess in the future. As a dog lover, it is such a peace of mind to know your baby is doing well and being loved while you are away and I definitely felt that way!
