Happy Heart Pet Care! :)
Pet care experience
Hi there, I'm Vicky! Here's some "get to know me" info: I graduated from CSUN in May and am still fairly new to this post grad life. Trying to figure out the next step can be a little intimidating. What better than to ease some of that overwhelming decision by engaging in the love, companionship, and joy of having dogs around? I decided that joining Rover would be a new challenging and rewarding way to spend my free time. I am so thankful for the opportunity and am beyond excited to get to know you and your pet! I spend the early years of my childhood on the east coast and journeyed over to sunny southern California about 15 years ago. Growing up, I always wanted pets, but my parents were very hesitant on it since my siblings were younger. I managed to convince my parents (with an entire speech and PowerPoint presentation) that we should pet sit for my cousin’s dog since she was traveling out of the country for a year. Guess who won that debate? Cue PJ, a fluffy 2-year-old Maltese, joining our household of 5. Fast forward to moving to California, it took a bit to adjust to the culture here. I, again, convinced my parents to adopt a hyperactive terrier mix named Rex from the local shelter. I promised I would train him, take him on walks, and take care of his needs, well as much as I could as a 12-year-old kid. I have kept my word and to this day everyone would say that Rex favors and only listens to me, stubborn old pup. Over the years, I would pet sit for family, friends, and neighbors; though usually at their house unless Rex ‘approved’ of the new furry creature. Between my boyfriend and I's family, our pets include a parakeet (sun conure), 4 dogs (Terrier mix, Yorkie mix, GSD mix, and St. Bernard), and 1 cat (orange tabby). A typical day with your dog would consist of walks through the neighborhood or a short car ride to a nearby trail, sunbathing in the yard or park, and just relaxing enjoying each other’s company at the house. I promise to send updates via pictures and will be sure to shower them with love, cuddles, and treats! **RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE IF NECESSARY** Feel free to reach out and discuss pricing that fits with your budget.

Awesome sitter! Looking forward to my next trip and having Vicky watch my doggie!!!
Vicky is the best! My dog is sad when I leave, but absolutely loves it when Vicky shows up. I look forward to the updates from her, and know that my pup is in good hands.
Our first time boarding at a sitter’s house and it was such a first-class experience. Vicky sent us daily message and photo updates of our sweet Abigail throughout the stay. She only takes 1 family at a time so Abby got her Princess treatment that she now demands. 😂🐾 it was evident she formed a special bond with our girl and we cannot be more grateful! Thank you Vicky, Abby gal can’t wait to see you again! XO🐶
Vicky was awesome! Will call her again to let sit our little Izzy! Thank you ??
