We had a very positive first-time experience with Vicki. She showed up on time for a meet and greet and our 3 cats were immediately comfortable with her. She followed through with all instructions during our time away- including giving medication and brushing teeth! She texted us photos and updates which were very reassuring to get. Additionally Vicki was willing to do a couple of extra tasks that came up during our time away, including a trip to the vet to pick up some medication. Our cats were at ease when we returned home. We are very happy with Vicki’s care.

My mom has been doing pet care for years, not only for all the animals we brought home as kids, but for people in our town as well. She prioritizes their care, and always does her absolute best. She is an animal lover at heart and treats everyone’s pets as though they are her own. There have been times when we take care of animals together and whether it’s giving a pet medicine, mucking out a horse pen, or going the extra mile to make a pet comfortable, she is very capable and always does an excellent job.
