Definitely felt like the service could have been better. Came home and my master bathroom floor was covered in dry urine which is completely out of the norm for my dogs and tells me they weren’t being let out enough. Really strange video captured on my adt doorbell camera of a woman I don’t know entering my home and of the river sitter covering the doorbell with her arms everytime they entered the home. I was asked beforehand if her husband could stop by with her the first night so I was aware of that, but I was not informed another woman would be in my home that I didn’t know. My backdoor was left unlocked which I found out about by my parents dropping in to grab something for my son. I’ve never had issues like this in the past when using rover so I’m slightly disappointed since I paid for house sitting and felt like we only got drop-in care.

Once again, came home to happy pups!
