Vanessa was great to work with! I was traveling abroad with a 12 hour time difference when my other cat sitter bailed at the last minute. I turned to rover and found Vanessa. She was great in communicating with me and making arrangements for my cats despite the time difference and not getting to meet beforehand. I was nervous to use someone I had never met, but she put my mind at ease that my cats were being well taken care of and I will be turning to her in the future for cat sitting opportunities!

Vanessa is a top notch dog owner. How do I know this? She has been assisting in caring for my high-energy and high maintenance Dalmatian for the last 4 years. When I moved my Dalmatian across the country to come live in NY, she had some trouble adapting to a 4th floor walk up and my new schedule. The changes were tough, but one change was positive. Living with Vanessa, our dog has learned more self control. Vanessa's patience and understanding has helped improve our dog's temperament.
