Vanessa was very punctual and attended to all of my puppy's needs while I was away for 5 days. She handled a 10 week old puppy with absolutely zero complaints! I gave her detailed instructions including feeding, potty, and crate training and understood and followed them well. I like that she has a background with dogs and training. She has a very sweet way with dogs. She knows how to crate train and continued to follow our training measures which we were following at home- reinforcing sit, stay, lay down, come, etc. A big bonus: she has her own dog crate which was awesome I didn't have to haul my own over to her house! She has very good communication and responds promptly. She communicated well between us, notifying me that for just a few hours during our puppy's 5 day stay that she wouldn't be available but that her boyfriend would be available. She made sure I met her boyfriend who was also very kind and also a dog lover. Our puppy took to both Vanessa and her boyfriend very well. She was very honest about the whole thing which I found very admirable she told us. Would love to use her again in the future.
