Pet care experience
Our whole family loves dogs! We have always had one and currently have a mini Aussie/Poo (Ziggy) who would love some furry playmates too! I have a background in Equine science and animal husbandry. I spent years riding and training horses and now I enjoy working with dogs. I love being outdoors no matter what the weather. Looking forward to giving your pooch the TLC they need while you're away. They will receive long walks, playtime indoors and outdoors and plenty of cuddles. I am a life-long dog owner and stay at home mom. My daughter loves ot help me with our furry guests. We can only take dogs in our home that weigh up to 35 pounds. I am happy to do drop in visits for larger dogs.

We have never left our dog with anyone EVER. To say we were nervous is an understatement. We wanted to find somebody who would love and treat our princess as much as we do, and we found it with Vanessa. We met beforehand to let our dog get to know her and see if it was a good fit. That really put me at ease. Vanessa’s home had similar rules and routines as we do at our house, so that helped with the transition. I think it was harder for us to leave Piper than it was for Piper to be without us. Vanessa sent photos of Piper having fun and getting lots of love and attention which made us feel relieved and happy to know she was well taken care of. When we travel again, we will definitely see if Piper can stay here again. Again, I cannot stress how much of a relief it is to know your dog is happy and healthy and having fun. That makes us relax and able to enjoy our time away. Thank you Vanessa and family. <3
I could not recommend Vanessa enough! Our pup was so well taken care of and we were kept informed throughout his weekend stay. We will definitely be reaching out again in the future!
Vanessa was great! We got daily pictures of our boy playing outside and snuggling with the family in the house. When I went to pick him up he started to follow her back in the house so I think he liked it there! We will definitely use Vanessa again and I would recommend her to anyone else too!
