Hi there! thanks for checking out my profile. Happy to have you here. I will leave a brief but detailed synopsis about myself and my experience working with pets. My goal is to help you make an informed decision regarding your pet's stay while you are away. My name is Vee. I am a university student full of vibrant energy and a love for pets. I have four years of documented experience in pet sitting. I have had pets of all sorts and breed under my care. Domestic pets such as cats, dogs, birds and reptiles I have attended to. I am well vexed in this field as I volunteered with an animal shelter catering to older pets. I loved it! I am certified in CPR for pets should an emergency arise. I take pride in my vigilance and accessibility. I am a student of life and love to learn as much as I can and build amazing friendships with pet owners while taking great care of their pets! I would also like to describe myself as trustworthy. I am organized and my love for pets shows in various aspects. I have excellent multitasking and communication skills. Vanessa was marvellous. She looked after our house and dog for three weeks and everything worked out great.
I left my cats under Vanessa’s care for 12 days and she took very good care of them! I would recommend her to anyone with pets and would definitely have my cats stay with her again in the future!

I formulated a couple of games to occupy and tire out your pet for the entirety of their stay. I will send photos of the entirety of the stay and keep in touch so you have peace of mind. I have spare toys in my care also, but always recommend bringing your own. I have had pets with severe anxiety and having a piece of home, be it a blanket or toys that smell like home helps a ton. As far as safety, I have a fenced yard in my apartment and will never let a pet off-leash especially if your pet does not have any recall. I enjoy practicing training with pets also and have successfully conditioned some to learn commands. I offer grooming services as well at no extra cost, except showers/baths. Your pet is in safe hands and you will have nothing to worry about while they are in my care. I will make sure of that.

I am comfortable administering medication. Just let me know during our meet and greet process before the stay is booked with thorough instructions. Same with any special needs your pet may have. I will do my best to accommodate their stay and ensure they have a blast! I will need to know the following about your pet during our meet & greet: *Pets preferred body language I should be attentive to *How they relate to other pets *Any signs of aggression/territorial tendencies *Feeding & walking routine *Medication/separation anxiety/socialization *Crate training *Behaviours & cues *Any additional information to help us bond
A typical day
I am lucky to have a trail just a walk away from my apartment I like to take pets exploring. I also have a vehicle and do bring pets to a local dog park for exploration and play. That is, only if your pet has a good recall and is friendly with other pets i.e, socialized.

Availability
I am available all year round to accept bookings and do my best to respond to bookings in a timely manner. I am honest and transparent about my hours and will not take any more bookings than necessary. I am extremely passionate about this business. I try not to overwhelm myself as this is important to me. I aim to be the best sitter I can be and strive for perfection each stay. I do not overcharge for stays and my low prices for stays are deliberate. I do this for the company as I enjoy having pets around while I study. It's a win-win.
