Pet care experience
I'm a long time dog lover with 11 years experience as a dog owner and 7+ years experience in veterinary health. I have a fairly flexible schedule and work close by. My fiancé and I work together so that someone is always home with the pups and available for daycare, walks, visits, etc. I live in a duplex in South San Francisco that has a fenced-in back yard, is located in a great safe neighborhood for walks, and is located close to a dog park. My dogs, Rocky and Chloe, enjoy 2 to 3 walks per day and play time and lounging in the backyard, "busy" treats in the house, and plenty of affection and attention. Dogs visiting would be placed on the same schedule, unless by special request of the parent. Overall, your dog would be treated just like part of the family with a safe home to get socialization, exercise, affection, positive behavioral reinforcement, and a fun visit!

Was excellent! She was very thorough with our meet and greet and had a bunch of great questions about our dogs habits, diet, and health concerns. She has a very nice apartment with a dog park right next door! Our return flight was delayed by a day but luckily Vanessa was very accommodating and housed our dog for an extra night. Will use again!

A typical day
I live across the street from a fenced dog park where we can play fetch or just practice socialization and playing with other dogs. We can go on runs or walks around my residential neighborhood with my two dogs. In my home, I have a range of toy types for every type of dog and provide "busy" treats for downtime.
