Pet care experience
Throughout my life I have had a dog by my side, and have done quite a lot of dog-sitting and general pet/house sitting for friends. I currently own a Brittany Spaniel that I have raised and trained since he was just a puppy. The kind of care I give to dogs, and to all other kinds of pets, can easily be compared to a parent watching over their child. We can have all the fun in the world but safety and care comes above all else. I have very flexible hours throughout the week and weekends, and I can be available at a moment's notice. I have incredible adaptability with all kinds of pets and I offer to keep owners updated, even hourly at request!

I had a great experience using Van. She came by on really short notice, met the dogs and they clicked. I had to go out of town and felt totally comfortable knowing they were in great hands. Van kept in touch just as she she said she would, took great care of the pups and I couldn’t be happier. She spent time with them, pet them, and made them feel comfortable. I’ll be using Van a lot in the near future and highly recommend you do too!
Van is very patient and calm. She is responsible and follows directions well. Buddy likes Van which is great. I will definitely keep on having her as a dogsitter.
Van house sat and cared for our two rescue dogs. We were very pleased with her service. One of our dogs has glaucoma and requires several medications throughout the day and Van handled that competently. She is very good about keeping clients informed. She was very respectful of our home and left it neat and tidy.
