I used to have an old rescue dog that required daily eye drops and special care because cataracts had made him completely blind. I used auditory ques to help guide him and to keep him safe from harm
A typical day
I work from home, at my condo in a beautiful mountain resort, so I get to spend a lot of time in the outdoors. I take my dog out several times a day for walks, play time and sniffing around the property and along the rivertrail. We go to either Good Dog or the dog park everyday.

I entrusted the care and welfare of my animals to Valerie for 12 days. I returned home, to a huge mess and had to take one of my animals to the Vet for a valid wellness concern, which resulted in Pebbles needing medications. I will not use Valerie for future pet sitting needs! It was an extremely upsetting experience and I ended up filing a claim with Rover. Jeremy in Rover Support's, Trust and Safety Department, was extremely responsive to my claim. He showed genuine concern for my animals' well-being, including referring to them by their names. He took my claim seriously, handled it quickly and issued more refunds than expected, within 5 days when most companies usually take a month or more to address customer concerns. To summarize, I was very disappointed with Valerie's service. But I am extremely impressed and satisfied with Rover as a company who backs up their service.
