Pet care experience
I am a former kennel tech/receptionist for a small animal clinic, and am a current active volunteer at MCACC as a kennel assistant, kennel assistant trainer and playgroup helper. I love caring for young, old, all sizes and have a big heart! My care revolves around the personality your dog has and I'm extremely adaptable. I will care for your dog like it is my own. I want to help your dog and help you choose the best options in dog care. I am extremely comfortable around changing needs, larger sized dogs and anything else you may need to address. I am clear about communication with you and will always ask for clarification if needed to prevent confusion. Your dog and his or her care, comfort and well-being is my priority.

Valerie cared for my 2 dogs for over a year. I trusted her completely with my dogs, for she cared for them as if they were her own. In turn, my girls love her so very much! She took them for long walks and played with them and gave them all of the extra attention that they wanted. I loved having Valerie to check on and care for my dogs. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that they were in extremely good hands. She is an animal lover and anyone would be lucky to have her care for their beloved pet(s).

A typical day
We will walk around your neighborhood, go to the park if it is nearby, bring a toy or ball if your dog is into it. I can jog short distances so if your dog is also active we can have a great time! Dogs who like slower walks and watching the world go by will enjoy our time as well as I can suit my activity level to your dog's activity level.
