Valerie was great. Pictures and texts were timely and often and so polite and understanding! I can be as needy as my dogs and she didn't mind updating me often. Will definitely use her again in the future.

Valerie is so awesome, I would highly recommend her as a dog walker!! A couple weeks ago was my first time using the Rover app and I was admittedly nervous about letting another person that I just found on an app to come and take my pups for a walk. Needless to say, Valerie quelled any fears I had. I reached out to her about my two nine month old golden doodles who have been needing a lot more activity lately, and unfortunately right now I am unable to provide that. Valerie courteously responded immediately to my short notice text and told me she’d be at my house shortly. When she arrrived she warmly introduced herself, asked a couple questions about the pups and told me where she would be taking them. She even sent me a pic of how exhausted the pups were during the middle of their walk, which made me feel a lot better about the whole experience. I was surprised when she returned and told me they weren’t a problem to walk because they can really be a handful...but it worked out with Valerie so I am going to be a repeat customer for sure!! Highly recommended!!
