Overall, fantastic experience! This is our first time using Rover with our 5 month old puppy named Thor and we will be using it again! Valerie was great! The process was easy, everything from the drop-off to the pickup and everything in between! Valerie updated us with pics of Thor and her dog Reggie. She communicated the entire time from booking to the day of. She handled all of my questions respectfully and professionally. Thor loved his time with Reggie and we are actually using Valerie again in March because of the great experience! I highly recommend her!

Valerie did an amazing job with our dog Tank. I can't say enough good things about her. We were able to relax and enjoy our son's wedding knowing he was in such great hands. She sent us updates and photos each day so we would know how well he was doing. She will definitely be our first choice when we need a sitter again.
