I love caring for animals!
Pet care experience
I've grown up surrounded by animals my whole life. I have a Pomeranian named Kiwi, that I love so much. Ever since I was little I have always wanted to be a vet and Steve Irwin was my idol. Growing up, my father gave me a 50 gallon tank, which I made into my own aquarium so I am very experienced with the amount of work it takes to care for an animal. I always dog sit for my relatives who own multiple dogs. I have also cared for animals on medication so I am experienced in administering any medication needed. I also volunteer frequently at the SPCA so I have plenty experience handling, and taking care of dogs! I am looking to make some extra money and get some more experience caring for animals so I figured Rover is the perfect place for me!

Valerie is responsible, dependable, and loves animals. She has lots of experience with dogs from caring for her own dog and volunteering regularly at the ASPCA. After seeing how well she interacts with my own dogs, I would be more than comfortable trusting Valerie with them.

I have a fenced yard as well as a doggy door that can be opened or closed. I keep extra leashes handy as well as poop bags, blankets, and potty pads.

I have experience handing many breeds of dogs, large or small so I don't have much of a preference on breed. I would love to know how active the dog is so I could be prepared to go on any runs or go to the park. Also the feeding schedule and if its house trained etc. etc.
A typical day
This is of course up to the owners, but I love to go on walks and I definetly wouldn't mind bringing a dog along with me! I could play fence in the yard. I am very active and will make sure your pet has the best time in my care.

Availability
I currently work full time at the LASPCA. During the weekdays I work 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekdays I am completely free! Times can be flexible!
