My husband and I are practically natives of Havelock and highschool sweethearts.We've been married for 26 years and prioritize family. I am a homeschool Mom and therefore at home most of the time. Which means that your dog would rarely be left alone while in our care. We value a loving, peaceful and orderly atmosphere. We love dogs and have both owned them throughout our lives. We have two kind and sensible teenage kids. So, your dog will be safe in their company too. Our home is located in a safe, residential neighborhood; condusive for long walks. We have a large, fenced in back yard. So, your dog can get lots of exercise and entertainment if he/she desires or may relax inside most of the day if that is preferable. When your dog stays with our family you can rest assured that all of his/her needs will be met: safety; exercise; and plenty of company and affection. We will respect every instruction regarding your dog and keep you updated with texts and pics throughout their stay.

Hands down, Mrs. Valerie is the BEST Rover sitter out there. Mrs. Valerie watched our pup several times, most of which for at least 5 days if not longer and she always kept us updated with daily pictures and the events of the day. We have unfortunately moved from the area, and having to say goodbye to Mrs. Valerie and her family was very sad. We will miss them and the love and care they poured out on Rollo. One of the last times she cared for Rollo, we had to leave him when he had just contracted a parasite but we didn't know it was that. She took him to the vet for us, made him a special diet, and even cleaned up after him when he couldn't make it outside. We felt so comfortable with him being with her, and we know he felt so loved and taken care of while we were away. He always loved getting to her house and didn't miss us one bit. We love Mrs. Valerie and anytime we are back in the area we will definitely book with her!
Valerie has a wonderful yard and gives my boys all the attention they love. Picture updates are the best and communication is always prompt and thoughtful.
We couldn’t have been more pleased with Valerie! Our pups stayed for an extended period and we received updates, photos and videos every day! Valerie was very attentive and treated my pups just like they were her own! Valerie will be our “go-to” from now on!
Valerie is just the nicest person ever. Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs and sending all the pictures and notes. My dogs loved your place!
