Hi there, I'm Valentine, and I just moved from Germany to the UK to start my PhD in Zoology. As lovely as London is, it has me missing my pups! That's what got me so interested in Rover- an opportunity to spend time with mans best friend while financially supporting my studies. I've lived with dogs my whole life, and my love for them even took me to Thailand for 4 months working at a dog shelter with over 400 animals. Animal welfare is a huge part of my life, not only shaping my career but also my passions and travel. I recently rehabilitated a street dog when I was living in Mexico, and organized a spay and neuter clinic in my village that treated over 100 animals (if you're interested in getting involved, please let me know). Due to these experiences, I am skilled at handling new dogs, multiple animals, and acute health issues. I can't wait to give your pup all the love that I have been giving dogs all over the world :)
