I always keep dogs on-leash if we’re not home and properly fenced. If we see another animal on our walk, I’ll ask the owner to make sure it’s friendly before approaching (assuming of course that your dog plays well with other animals). I tend to stay away from busy roads, and am well aware of my environment. In house settings, I’m happy to do whatever you’d like. Without direction, I’ll usually end up spending most of the time playing with your animals, or nestled on the couch with them reading a book.
