Usha was very nice and accommodating for our last minute booking for a pet sitter. However, when we got home there were so many accidents to clean up that had clearly been there for quite some time. To be fair, she did let us know that the dogs had a couple issues but it was our expectation that it at least be cleaned up before we arrived back home. There was an attempt made to clean up the messes, however the towels used to “clean” were left in a pile on the living room floor with either dog feces or throw up still on them. I really wanted to leave Usha a good review but this was unacceptable and leads us to question if she did visit as often as we paid her to (3x a day). Our dogs are both 10 years old and don’t normally have accidents like this ever. If you are looking for a friendly dog sitter Usha is really quite nice, but reliability and cleanliness were not her strong suit.
