Throughout those years,I have gained a tremendous amount of experience caring for animals and their specific needs. Other than caring for my own dogs, I have cared for lizards, cats, and a parrot ( very interesting story I can share about that). In those many years, I have have grown to love animals and treat them as if they were family. I recently moved to Durham from San Francisco and am so excited with how much more space I have( my dog included). With that being said your fury friend will be active in my care. I’m all about tiring them out!

Unica did a great job caring for my fur baby as usual. He ended up needing to be administered meds during his stay and she made sure he got them with no issues. She also provided updates and pics about how he was doing. He seemed to have enjoyed his stay!
Unica takes such good care of our pups, she goes above and beyond sending frequent updates and pictures - and leaving our house in perfect condition when she leaves. Definitely recommend & will be using her again.
Unica is a truly amazing pet sitter! Unica watched our two dogs and cat for an extended period of time (2 weeks) over the holidays at our house during a major cold wave. Unica went above and beyond to take care of our animals and house - even making sure our faucets were turned on and animals stayed warm. This was the first time I used rover and I was very nervous about getting a pet sitter for such an extended period of time. From day 1 Unica put us at ease. Our pets loved her off the bat and she is clearly a pet person. She is highly tuned into our animals needs, highly responsible, and kept in touch daily. Our pets were safe and very loved. We are so grateful for her and would not hesitate to book her again! Thank you Unica!

I live in a townhome without a fenced in yard. However, my neighborhood is very dog friendly having designated areas for dogs. My dog is crate trained and very friendly. He loves playing with other dogs so your dog will have the best buddy. Whatever is comfortable for your furry friend is comfortable with me. I will do my best to keep your dog on it’s day to day schedule

Is your dog good with other dogs as I have a dog of my own or may be sitting another dog at the time. If the dog has any allergies. How often does your dog bark? Because I live in a townhome have to be aware of noise especially late at night.
A typical day
During a stay I would use conventional walking routes but with the owners permission I would love to take dogs out to the dog parks. I have plenty of toys for your doggy to play with.

Availability
I currently work from home full-time so I’m ALWAYS home. If I am out running errands I live at home with my boyfriend so your dog will never be left unattended unless told so beforehand. If your dog is left unattended I have indoor wifi cams set up to “spy” on them and my own dog will be left in the crate. I have a dog at home and he gets taken out for potty breaks every 2-4 hours. Walks are usually 30-45 minutes long.
