I am a Texas State student and got the idea of dog sitting after a conversation with a friend. Instead of doing a job I don't love and not being able to do my career of choice until after I graduate, I found rover. I am a ESS major (exercise and sports science) and using my degree to become an animal physical therapist. I have always loved animals all animals since I first watched the national geographic channel. I personally have only cared for dogs, but if you have a different or unusual pet like my favorite ( a baby sloth) I am open to caring for them and will do my research. I have a golden retriever named Roscoe that now stays with my parents in Maryland so I am dogsick because I miss him everyday.
