Aweful! We are on a ski vaction with two families, 4 kids and a dog. We booked Ty at 830 for a drop off. He doesnt offer pick up even tho its only a mile away. It is very difficult to get 2 famlies with 4 kids to the ski slopes, out of house with all equipment on time. We were running afew mins late and he just cancelled our appointment. I didnt get the text and showed up at his place excatly 30 mns late and I had texted him to tell him we were runing late. He proceeded to tell me I was disrespectful of his time and he has a business to run and things to do. Excuse me, Im respecting ur time by paying you, this is my time , plus ur business is to take care of my dog. Where are you going with my dog? What business and things are you doing with my dog? Very unprofessional! He said his profile states all appointments cancel after 30 minutes. But he canceled the appointment after 28 mins with no notice and chance to get there sooner. I arrived moment later. 9am. And i texted him at 830 telling him we are bit late. So he violated his own policy. And he didnt even text me to tell me he was in a rush or needed to go. Give a break man, I have kids, dogs and a tone of equipment on vacation on a Sunday! I was completely insulted offended and it was totally unnessarry. And ruined our day. I had to stay with the dog. We even gave him a $40 cash tipon top of it, the one time we used Him before. And he charges$ 120 a day. ( 140 on holidays)More than any other Rover sitter in the area. Not to metion we would get 1 measly photo of our dog just standing there. Lame! He was rude , condecending, arrogant distespectful and most importantly. . Wrong in his actions. Dont use!

Ty is wonderful and he took care of our pup so well. Ace got a 2 hour walk, a nap and playtime with Ty’s little daughter. Thanks Ty!!
