Pet care experience
We use Rover as an owner and sitter, and know exactly how to provide an amazing owner experience for you and make you time away stress free. We are outgoing and love doing dog friendly activities, our world literally revolves around our dog, Enzo. We have both had a wide variety of animals while we were growing up - Ty had animals from dogs to pet turkeys, while Matt's family had chinchillas, fish and cats! Together, we have dog who loves getting outside and burning off energy. We truly love any pet that has ever been in our care, and spoil them just as much as we spoil our own (which is an insane amount, he loves his little portable fire place in 100 degree weather). Ty graduated from UW and formerly worked at Rover HQ in Marketing, and Matt is a native Texan!

As always, Matt and Ty are the absolute best. They are the only people other than us that our shy dog is actually excited to see. It's so reassuring to see him so happy with them.

Safety is of upmost importance. We will never let your dog off leash and are experienced in any harness available on the market. At home, we are super careful with our door that leads outside, but have a nice sun basking patio fully closed in!

- Most importantly, do they get along with other dogs? Is this the same both on and off leash? - How they act around new people and how obedient they are to coming/listening to a stranger. - Is your dog possessive over toys, food, etc? - What, if any, unique habitats your dog have? How can we make them the most comfortable. - We do not have any breed preferences as long as they are welcome to new people, we have cared for both small and larger dogs :)
A typical day
We love going on a nice long walk in the mornings, and any time of day that your dog is on schedule for! We are super sensitive to Austin weather, so whether that is waiting out the hot part of the day or sheltering during the rainy weather, we totally understand your dogs quirks :)
