Pet care experience
I grew up with German shepherds, a husky mix, a border collie, and a chihuahua. We, my girlfriend and I, currently have two adult huskies that we adopted several years ago. I absolutely love hanging out and playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I can take your dog out for exercise or just sit and love them if needed. My yard is not the biggest, but it has a 6 foot fence and low gates built to stop the escape artists and wanderers (husky tested and husky confirmed). My friends tell me the reason I get along with dogs so well and love them so much is because I am clearly part dog myself or raised by dogs. Either way, I'm definitely ok with being a dog person.

Ty was excellent with my Jack Russell Terrier. Sent me pics/videos and constant updates. My dog loved his home and their yard. His dogs were also very friendly and playful with my dog.

Our yard is fully fenced and it is not a shared yard. We also live within walking distance to multiple walking trails, a great park, a hiking trail, and a dog park. I adjust to the needs of the pet I am watching and am very flexible. Long walks/runs or just hanging out in the same space or anything in between works for me.

Let me know about any specific needs (medications, food issues, exercise preferences, crate needs, etc.). Any known behavioral issues or quirks (no food near other dogs, needs a ball taken away after certain amount of time, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.
A typical day
We do a lot of walks around our neighborhood and the park close by. One of our favorite walks with the well behaved dogs is what we call "Smell Your Own Adventure" walks, where we let the dog lead us on a walk based on what they are smelling and finding while we are out.

I currently run a family cleaning business and make my own schedule. There is a chance I am on a job site cleaning and do not have my phone with me, but I generally am able to reply fairly quickly.
